Here is a Layout I did for my christmas album of new years eve I think that you will find it full of bling! Hope you all enjoy. I just used black cardstock and cut my letters and numbers out with my cricut and then added some sparkle with some rhinstones from Michaels(in the jewlery section) I had lots of fun making this layout.
I just love all of the bling I was sitting watching the ball drop and I thought wow I have to scrapbook this so when I sat down to scrapbook this LO I knew I wanted a crystal ball dropping down and the counting down across the top!

Counting down between each number are two rhinestones!
2008 at the bottom of the dropping ball (on the TV is lit up so I put rhinestones on it)!
